Base Max has been supplying “speciality-chemical end-products” and “structural adhesives”, since 1998; i.e. rust removers, preventatives and grease cutters, detergents, specialized coatings and chemical engineering related products to the mining industry. The focus for the past two years was on import replacement in the local markets. 95% of our products are locally produced and manufactured, with the remaining 5% still being imported, based on speciality and performance chemicals not available in Africa .
